How To Meditate To Relieve Stress Anxiety Depression – Brain Entrainment Downloads

For those with little or no experience in the practice of meditation the word itself sends the imagination to a secluded mountain top occupied only by an ancient zen monk hovering above the ground in some mystic trance. However, the reality is meditation specific, brain entrainment downloads are being used daily by thousands of average people. These downloads are not only to help in the ” how to meditate to relieve stress anxiety depression “area… but are covering a wide array in the personal development and self awareness fields of practice.

What if you discovered a simple aid that was scientifically-proven to dramatically reduce stress, anxiety and depression while at the same time sharpen your mind, boost your energy levels and give you an overall increase in happiness? All that is required of you is to listen once a day to an expertly produced, 30 minute MP3 recording on your smartphone or personal computer. Let’s look at all this in a little more detail…

Exactly What Is Brain Entrainment

Brain Switch You Can Master AnythingBrain entrainment, also referred to as mind entrainment, involves the use of sound, light or electromagnetic field pulses designed to stimulate the brain and allow it to enter into a specific state. The mind is synchronized by these pulses or external source (such as recorded sounds and rhythms) and mirrored by internal processes within the brain. The result of this mirroring can create the desired brain states such as enhanced focus, relaxation, meditation, sleep induction, etc

Brainwave entrainment is recognized as an excellent method to switch your mind into states that you would otherwise have great difficulty reaching and it works for almost everyone. Scientific research has shown that the brain does not operate in just one single frequency, rather the full spectrum of brainwave frequencies are running all the time. What follows is, the most dominating frequency determines a person’s current mental state. Employing the methods of brain entrainment allows a differing frequency to be boosted and louder than the current dominating one, thereby shifting the person’s mental state to the desired place.

Guided Meditation To Reduce Anxiety, Stress, Depression

Listening to a quality mind entrainment recording produced to guide you into a deep state of meditation will provide a better overall experience in a shorter period and net better results.

Our day to day lives are crammed with pressure, expectations, frustrations and a myriad of seemingly unending negative events. We can take back who will truly are and want to be through the use of meditation. It can be very difficult to find the time and a suitable place to have these necessary restorative sessions. Hence, the growing popularity of guided meditation sessions incorporating the use of professionally produced and recorded audio tools.

When our hectic lives pile on the anxiety and stress followed by instances of depression things can become absolutely overwhelming and unbearable. It’s unfortunately safe to say this activity will never change but what can change is how we deal with it. The deep science behind entrainment technology is embedded in a convenient MP3 to be delivered in a moment’s notice. Guided meditation truly is a powerful weapon we can add to our good life restoration arsenal.

More Tips How to Relax and Calm Down, Find Your Happy Place

Take a break, step away from the task you are working on when it starts to feel like a grind. Even if it’s’s only for a few minutes. Take a short walk or just sit quietly for a few moments.

Do some deep breathing. Breath in through your nose and breath out through your mouth. Keep your shoulders down and relaxed. Your belly should raise as you breath in and fall as you breath out. Count as your breathing, count to 4 as you breath in and count to 4 as you breath out.

Listen to music, to your favourite song. Dance or sing along, like nobody is watching or nobody is listening. Put on your headphones and really listen to the music, get lost in the song and let yourself drift away.

Picture yourself in a relaxing place. Perhaps it’s a quiet cottage in the woods. Close your eyes and notice all the comfortable furniture, pleasing decor and colors in the space. See yourself sitting by the cozy fire and melting into that big old arm chair.

The Benefits of Daily Meditation are HUGE – Make It A Habit

So in conclusion we can see the power and benefit of daily meditation. And now we know it doesn’t have to be a marathon or some mysterious yogi practice. It simply means making a habit of listening in to your brain entrainment audio for 15 to 30 minutes every day. Its best to do it at the same time every day. Remember your “why”, your personal reason and purpose for taking this special time and make it inviting. You can even find an accountability buddy to help stay on track. Keep it short, be patience and the results will astound you.

Oh yes, I have been thinking about doing this for quite some time now. I have had a lot of health issues to deal with here recently, and this has taken away the confident person I normally am. I find myself in a place I don’t like. This is certainly something I am going to look into. Thank you.

I actually took a pause midway through the article to do some solid 20 min meditation. I usually do it in the morning, but today it somehow was so packed that I didn’t get the time to do it.
it’s extremely useful to be reminded of the research as meditation (or some call it mindfulness) is one of the cornerstones of awesome, truly awesome health.

Lately I’ve been exploring various programs and courses on it. I will also definitely try this one. Thank you and …
    Cheers! Have a Great One!

Meditation is great for stress relief and clearing the mind of the hectic day to day routines and daily lifestyles.

Also it is great for visualising your desires when manifesting your your wants and desires through the law of attraction.

Thank you for sharing this article, have a great buddy, take care.

    Kind regards.

Thanks Dean. Appreciate your confirmation on the importance of daily meditation. Most folks don’t know about it and if they have heard something they don’t know what or how to do. That’s one of the main reasons I like these guided audio sessions. Anyone from beginner to pro can use and benefit from them. All the best to you Dean.

  • Devara Garrison

Thanks for sharing this helpful information. I really should give it a try. I get very stressed at work and home sometimes, mostly because I don’t have enough time to do everything that needs to be done. Maybe things would get easier for me if I learn to take time to relax and meditate a few minutes a day.
    I appreciate the tips!
    All the best,

Quite informative Myles. Thank you. Totally agree with meditation. I am a big fan, and the transformation I have gone through because I now meditate is significant. So much calmer, and I am able to brush off negative energy from others much more easily. I am intrigued with the Brain Evolution System, sounds good. Have you tried it?

    • Myles

I am currently working with a specific Self Hypnosis session and enjoying the results. BES  will be later in the year for me. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. All the best.

  • Melissa

Thanks for your post. Meditation has helped me to get through some pretty rough patches in my life. I discovered it during a particularly difficult period and I can’t explain how much it helped me. When I was feeling overwhelmed, it would calm me. It helped me realise that whatever the universe throws at me, I can’t change it, I can only go with it and take from the experience what I need to help me get through. And now, on the other side of all that, it still helps me remain calm and thankful for what I have.

Brain entertainment sounds absolutely fascinating and I’m keen to find out more. Do you think it could be useful to listen to before bed to help with sleep? Thanks in advance.

    • Myles

Hi Melissa. Yes it most certainly promotes total relaxation and it’s recommended to do the session nightly as close to sleep time as possible.

  • Zayn Hiew

    Hey MYLES,

Thank you for sharing this helpful article. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Mood and Depression syndrome for the past 3 years and still undergone medication.

My colleague teaches me how to use mediation by listening to mind entrainment recording via YouTube download, but l don’t find it effective. As recommended, l would like to try The Brain Evolution System.

    Thank you and best wishes

    • Myles

Hello Zayn, I look forward to hearing how you progress with the Brain Evolution System. All the best!

  • Regina N Obi-Okeke

Meditation is one of the proven treatments for stress and depression, I have participated in the guided meditation though not for long but I enjoyed the sound of the music and truly wish I will create time to do that more often. Focusing on task is a weakness that often discourages me from doing meditation as my mind keeps wondering. I know if I could focus more I will be able to see the benefit. I will definitely start doing meditation again though I practice prayer as a  forms of meditation, will definitely add the sound music. That is very soothing and relaxing.

    Thanks for sharing.

    • Myles

Hi Regina, you would definitely find the guided sessions under the Hypnosis Tools tab to be beneficial for keeping you focused . Although these are self hypnosis sessions the recording gets you to a very relaxed stater and you literally meditate on the subject matter of the sessions: https://youcanmasteranything.c
