These two simple words, “I Can’t” are likely among the most limiting words we could poison our life with. They can be habit-forming, over used and easily blurted out. So big deal you say, what possible damage can these two words have on me. The damage is the self-limiting life you manifest from restating this constant negative mantra of “I Can’t”. The claim has been made that the unconscious mind can be accessed through hypnosis, which sets the “conscious” mind to rest, thereby allowing access to the repressed thoughts underneath.
