I Can't Do Anything Right

I Can’t Do Anything Right

Know it or not, like it or not, believe it or not… our subconscious mind is always registering our conscious “personal inputs”. When we make a statement like “I can’t do anything right” our subconscious mind registers it and begins the manifestation process to bring about events in our life that will confirm the statement. In other words, keep saying “I can’t do anything right” and you will continue to not do anything right. Make a change from saying those words, change your input. For example change it to a good question: What can I be doing so that I can do things right?

These two simple words, “I Can’t” are likely among the most limiting words we could poison our life with. They can be habit-forming, over used and easily blurted out. So big deal you say, what possible damage can these two words have on me. The damage is the self-limiting life you manifest from restating this constant negative mantra of “I Can’t”. Consider the theme of my website here – You Can Master Anything. The personal input must then be “I Can” and the self-limiting ends and mastery of your life begins. What Is Right

Use Self Hypnosis Tools As A Guide

You may have noticed on the top menu of the website a tab called Hypnosis Tools. Under this tab is access to over 200 different self-hypnosis audio guides produced to aid in mastering specific areas. Some examples are: Sharper Thinking; Learn A Language; Self Esteem Booster; Control Your Emotions; Fear Of Rejection; Stop Smoking; Find Your Life Purpose; Wealth Attraction; Reduce Sweet Cravings and many more.

I found the majority of folks just don’t know what to do or how to do it when it comes to changing their personal inputs. That is exactly why I decided to create this website and partner with a leading producer in the field of self-hypnosis audio programs. It simplifies the process and minimizes the time required to achieve desired results in a very specific area. It helps us learn how to end the I Can’ts and replace them with I Can’s.

Why We Do The Things We Do

There has been a lot of study toward the two minds, the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind works on logic and reasoning. It never “runs the show”. The subconscious mind is like your ‘second nature’ and only refers to information that is not consciously processed, which can include patterns of behavior. Hence, it is claimed by various folks that hypnosis can be used to access and change these patterns. In other words a person can change their future behavior and results through the use of self-hypnosis.

And what about the unconscious mind? Yes, the third mind, namely the Unconscious Mind, a term originally coined by Sigmund Freud, a late nineteenth century Austrian neurologist. Freud is referring it to a part of the mind that cannot be known by the conscious mind. It includes socially unacceptable ideas, wishes and desires, traumatic memories and repressed painful emotions. There are some neuroscientists that say it is the way in which hidden states of the brain participate in driving thought and behavior. The claim has been made that the unconscious mind can be accessed through hypnosis, which sets the “conscious” mind to rest, thereby allowing access to the repressed thoughts underneath.

Change Your Mind and You Will Change Your Life

So back to the self-hypnosis audios I mentioned above. It is very effective to incorporate these specifically developed recordings to target that area in your life you want to change. The change must start in your mind, your subconscious and unconscious mind. So many have no idea of the significance of engaging the subconscious mind in order to succeed at a desired area for self-improvement.

The scientific research dedicated toward understanding how the human brain works and relates to ‘mind’ is an ever growing and expanding field. The average person is simply not aware of the power of the subconscious mind. And when we become aware “what then”, how do we use it? Simply by being conscious of your subconscious and in so doing feed it positive thoughts, empowering words, success feelings and inspiring beliefs.

Your subconscious is a sponge that is always absorbing everything you are consciously exposing it to. You are a trainer…a brain trainer… and you are always training your subconscious mind. Choose to train wisely.

Greatest Power To Change Your Life

I’m so thankful to be able to suggest and promote the self-hypnosis products available here on my website. They work, they’re proven but what’s really the greatest power to change your life is ‘THE POWER TO CHOOSE’. Here’s a quote from J. Martin Kohe, the great early twentieth century publisher of inspirational books – “You possess a potent force that you either use, or misuse, hundreds of times every day.”Greatest Power To Change Your Life

Since you and only you are in charge of your mind, you also have full reign over this great power. And by using it wisely you cannot help but become a better person, in your business and your personal life. Choose wisely and change the wording from “I Can’t Do Anything Right” to “What Can I Be Doing So That I Can Do Things Right?”

I like what you said about being a brain trainer. A lot of what you said about manifesting links to the Law Of Attraction which I’m currently enjoying learning about. Empowering article on the aspect of choice. Great work.

    • admin

Thank you for your comment Natalie. Utilizing the self hypnosis sessions lends itself to training the brain, the subconscious. The Law Of Attraction is constantly at work in our individual life and manifestation is the result of what we allow to train our brain. All the best in your pursuit.

    Great post and good info.

You show exactly what most people have problems with, and brain training really can help.

It is also inspiring that there is a “cure” for the problem, and I really like that.

I will share it because I have the feeling that this info can help a lot of people to actually find their abilities and unlock their potential

Thanks a lot for sharing this!

This is such a great article, I recently started getting into meditation and is has really helped me relax and temper down my stress. This article on hypnosis for different aspects of your life really has my interest peaked.

How log does it take to learn how to do self hypnosis, is it easy to pick up and do yourself or does it take a lot of time and practice?

  • Jean

This article of yours is about self-development. you give out some useful tips in order to minimize self-doubt and insecurities. My favorite paragraph is “Change Your Mind and You Will Change Your Life”. Personally, I believe that we are captains of our own ships. We must take responsibility and accountability to almost everything that happens to us. We have control over our lives. Anyway, keep dropping that good content.

I investigated self-hypnosis 50 years ago and took kind of a feeble shot at it, without finding any real success.  At that time I felt that my ability to focus on the exercises I read about was weak.  I would like to change a few things in my life and will take a look at some of the tools you suggest. You have a broad range of self-help audios to choose from.  I know that positive thinking and the power of persuasion can get some results and have been reading about it lately.  Hopefully, I can find something useful in your exercises.  Thanks.

I’m glad I’ve came across your site. This is a very good article and I think it is a powerful self esteem booster you can use to those who think they are inferior and they can never do anything better. I knew a few people who keep telling me that they are not being negative when they say they can’t do this, they can’t do that, but they are just being realistic. Do you think there is still hope to change their mindset?

    • Myles

Hey Marissa, there is always hope and yes a mindset can certainly be changed but the candidate has to be willing and believe in the desired change as well as take the action to engage the process. All the best!

HelloFirst of all, I would like to praise your website, … I like it, It is very clean and transparent. This article is perfectly written and I will definitely check your page with audio books. A few years ago my life changed exactly because of the working books 🙂 ( The secret, How to Become an Expert on Anything in Two Hours, How to make Friends, Never Be Lied to Again, …) My opinion is that every person at 7, 8 years (possibly later) should first get to know his brain and how they work. Only this way you can take advantage of your strength and power.Once again, compliment on your article.RegardsAndrej

    • Myles

Thanks Andrej, glad you like my website and I appreciate your kind words. All the best!

I agree with this completely. If you keep using your words to tell yourself something eventually your decisions and actions will all work towards making those words become real. So negative words are more dangerous than people think they are.

I never actually knew that the unconscious mind was accessed through hypnosis and I actually thought it was the subconscious mind instead, so thanks for that correction. The unconscious mind also sounds like a bit of a scary place with all those repressed memories and socially unacceptable ideas and thoughts.

I will definitely use this to retrain my subconscious mind to achieve all my goals. Thanks for sharing this!
